Grindelwald is hosting a food event for the first time this spring. From 10-12 May 2024, everything will be under the sign of enjoyment!

Our kitchen team around chef Aurélien Mettler will also be taking part.

The event will be officially opened at the Hotel Schweizerhof on the 10th of May.

Fiescherblick Spa

For the winter season 2023/24, we will be opening our small spa area on the terrace on the first floor. What could be more beautiful than relaxing and forgetting the daily routine after skiing or hiking?

We draw inspiration from centuries-old Japanese bathing culture and the traditional Scandinavian sauna lifestyle to create a holistic wellness experience focused on individual well-being. In the winter, you can cool off in the snow or on the seating benches with a wonderful view after a sauna session and then warm up in the soothing saltwater of the onsen pool.

Here’s what awaits you:

• Japanese-inspired saltwater onsen pool with a view of the surrounding mountains and the evening sun.
• Finnish sauna with panoramic windows facing the Eiger and Fiescherhorn.
• Rain shower with our Feuerstein™ care products and refreshments.
• Attractive private spa packages.

The spa is included in our Alpine Relaxation rates, and for a small additional fee, the spa area can also be used by guests who have booked the Alpine Expedition rate.

The spa is open to external guests at off-peak times and subject to availability. Please note that we can only accept external reservations 48 hours in advance.
