30 May 2026
Wine & Street Food Terrace
As part of the Top Taste of Grindelwald, our terrace will become a meeting place on Saturday, 30 May 2026, for everyone who appreciates great food, fine wines, and a relaxed atmosphere.
From 12:00 to 19:00, we invite you to enjoy Wine & Street Food. A variety of food trucks as well as wine and bar stands will offer a diverse selection – uncomplicated, lively, and with a focus on local products. The afternoon will be accompanied by live music from a band.
A delightful event to linger, discover, and connect.
Tickets are available for CHF 85.00 – including event access, free wine tastings, and 15 “Top Taste tokens” redeemable at the food stands. Secure your tickets here.

Behind the church, there’s bread again.
On June 1, 2025, we reopened the former Wüthrich Bakery storefront and launched KRINGLE., a Scandinavian-style bakery café with a cozy terrace.
There’s something for everyone:
-
Bread and baked goods from the Wüthrich Bakery
-
Danish cardamom buns in collaboration with Qraftwerk Grindelwald
-
Croissants, sandwiches, and savory snacks
-
Craft beers from OY Brewery (Faroe Islands) and Nordwandbräu (Grindelwald)
-
A small but fine selection of wines – to take home or enjoy on site
-
Specialty coffee and tea from EigerBean and the London Tea Company
-
Cheese and cured meats from Grindelwald
-
Pâtisserie from Café3692, Hotel Gletschergarten, and local Grindelwald makers – plus soft-serve ice cream
-
Sweet and savory gift items or souvenirs
Whether for breakfast, lunch, or an aperitif, Kringle. always has something just right.
The perfect place to fill your backpack before a hike – and to treat yourself to something sweet or a cold beer afterward.
Come by and visit!
