ROKS x Fiescherblick

After our visit to the Faroe Islands last May, we will be receiving a visit from Restaurant Roks on February 7 & 8, 2025. Together with our chef Aurélien and his team, chef Carlos Andrade will be conjuring up an Atlantic-inspired menu. We bring you closer to the flavors of the north. The menu comprises approx. 6 courses and can be enjoyed with an accompanying drink. The sommeliers Lars Michel and Karin Visth (ROKS) are responsible for the beverage accompaniment. Restaurant ROKS is the sister restaurant of the legendary KOKS and is located in the heart of the Faroese capital Tórshavn.

Price including drinks CHF 250 per person

The event is already fully booked. We are happy to write you on the guest list and contact you in case of any cancellation.

Limited rooms in the hotel are also still available for the event.

Please note that Faroese cuisine specializes in fish and seafood, so we do not recommend vegetarian or fish-free menus. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances at least 24 hours in advance.

TOP TASTE OF GRINDELWALD

Grindelwald is hosting a food event for the second time this spring. From May 30th to June 1st 2025, everything will be under the sign of enjoyment!

Our kitchen team around chef Aurélien Mettler will also be taking part.

The event will be officially opened at the Hotel Bergwelt on the 30th of May.
