Cooking on Fire on August 1st
On the Swiss National Day, Saturday, 1 August 2026, we invite you to join us on the Fiescherblick terrace from 5:00 pm, for an evening dedicated to delicious grilled specialities and relaxed togetherness.
Until 9:00 pm, we will grilling, treating you to delicacies straight off the coals. On this evening, grilling will be served à la carte rather than as our usual set menu – so you can enjoy exactly what you fancy.
Our afternoon snack menu will be available on 1 August from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Seats are limited, so we recommend making a reservation. In case of bad weather, we will be happy to welcome you in the restaurant instead.
A Milestone Achieved: 1 MICHELIN Star and 16 Gault Millau Points
