At breakfast, our overnight guests stay exclusively among themselves. In the evening, we are happy to reserve a seat for our hotel guests in the public à la carte restaurant on the premises upon request. Day guests and locals are also welcome here and of course also on the Fiescherblick terrace. From dawn ’til dusk – one thing remains the same: a seasonally adapted selection of dishes with regional products as far as possible.
Here you will experience regional and seasonal cuisine. Inspired by culinary journeys through Japan and Scandinavia – influenced by classic French culinary craftsmanship. A young team, which complements each other with diverse experiences, creates a moment of surprise with a lot of passion, creativity and dynamism. We offer an honest, seasonally changing menu. Using local, high quality products and working with producers from the region is a top priority. For groups of six or more, we prepare a chef’s choice menu.

WINE, DRINKS AND AFTERNOON MENU
The wine cellar of the Hotel Fiescherblick is filled with fine wines. When compiling the wine list, Lars focuses on well-known grape varieties as well as special treasures from the region and the world. Ask for a recommendation during dinner.
For an aperitif or as a digestif, we offer a selection of different drinks. For example, enjoy a Grindelwald beer on the terrace, a fruit brandy in the restaurant or a delicious café in the lobby.
For the small hunger in between we serve home made delicacies.

Every morning, a rich and varied breakfast buffet with local products awaits you in our restaurant. Taste the fresh bread from the neighbouring bakery, yoghurt and cheese from the region and delicious egg dishes.
